Family Reunion

Art Tooth is excited to announce an open call for submissions to our final show of the year at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center! Artists will have a chance to show alongside other Fort Worth Collectives including Art Luck, Art Room, Dying Photo Club, Fort Worth Art Collective, Latino Hustle, and Mañanaland.  The opening exhibition will be at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center on December 7 from 6-9pm.

Art Tooth was founded in 2016 to help support artists in Fort Worth who are underrepresented and serves as an arts partner, artist resource, and hybrid gallery project designed to elevate the creative practice of participating artists through exhibitions, networking events, educational workshops, and increased social media presence.

Entry Deadline

November 20, 2018

  • Hand Delivery Drop Off - November 28, 2018

  • Exhibition On Display –  December 7-27, 2018

  • Opening Reception – December 7, 2018, 6-9 pm

  • Hand Delivery Pickup – (Approx.) December 28, 2018

Eligibility & Medium:

-Open to artists 18 years and older residing in Tarrant, Wise, Denton, Dallas, Parker, and Collin County.

-Contemporary original work in any media.

-All work must be original (no reproductions), produced within the last two years.

-A maximum of three entries per artist is permitted. All entries will be juried from digital images.

-All work must be for sale.

Size Limit:
Maximum size for 2D is 48”W x 60” H including frames. Maximum size for 3D is 72 x 36 x 36 inches.


-All pieces will be for sale. The gallery will retain 50% commission on any work sold.

-Price of work should include commission to gallery.

Insurance & Liability

-Images of accepted work may be used for promotional purposes.

-Objects exhibited in the Fort Worth Community Art Center will be given great care. Unless the artist wishes to provide his/her own insurance coverage, the FWCAC will insure all exhibitions under its existing insurance policy, which covers up to $500,000, against all risks of physical loss or damage while on the premises during the period of the exhibition.

Shipping/ Installation Requirements

-Artists are responsible for delivering work to and from the gallery.

-Your work should be ready to install, and should have hardware installed that will allow for immediate installation by the gallery with no adjustments to the pieces necessary.  NO EXCEPTIONS — ARTWORK MUST HAVE HARDWARE INSTALLED FOR IMMEDIATE INSTALLATION.

-If your work requires you to install it, you must be available to hang on the drop-off date.


-Email 1-3 images of your work to

-Title, Medium, size, and price of each piece must also be included
