Art Tooth, in partnership with Artspace 111 and Ro2 Art, is excited to present The Pop Up Print Project. As part of a special exhibition in a temporary gallery space constructed on the streets of Magnolia Ave especially for Arts Goggle, this event features the works of Daniel Blagg, Dennis Blagg, Hillary Dohoney, Carol Ivey, Jeremy Joel, Brian Jones, Melissa Mohammadi, Devon Nowlin, Brian Scott, Chip Tompkins and Jay Wilkinson. The Pop Up Print Project presents a unique opportunity to take home works by some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most esteemed established, mid-career and emerging artists.

Pop Up Print Project Series

Art Tooth, in partnership with Artspace 111 and Ro2 Art, is excited to present The Pop Up Print Project.  As part of a special exhibition at at 1455 W. Magnolia in a temporary exhibition space constructed on the streets of Magnolia Ave especially for Arts Goggle, this event features the works of Daniel Blagg, Dennis Blagg, Hillary Dohoney, Carol Ivey, Jeremy Joel, Brian Jones, Melissa Mohammadi, Devon Nowlin, Brian Scott, Chip Tompkins and Jay Wilkinson. The Pop Up Print Project presents a unique opportunity to take home works by some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most esteemed established, mid-career and emerging artists. 

Each participating artist will have one work on view with fifty corresponding limited edition prints. If all fifty editions are sold, the collectors of the prints will be given an opportunity to win the original work via special instructions provided by the artist. Print purchasers will be contacted via text messages if all print editions sell by the close of Arts Goggle at 10:00 PM CST on October 8, 2016. Contest instructions will be provided via email beginning at 10:00 AM CST on Saturday, October 8th, 2016 for private presale purchases.

About the Artist

Brian K. Scott has worked as an artist freelancing and collaborating all of his life. In 1993 Brian graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.F.A in Printmaking and a minor in film. He has been an active artist in the Dallas-Fort Worth for over two decades in addition to art galleries in New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Little Rock, Chicago and the entire state of Texas. In the past,. Scott has had extended affiliations with several Dallas art galleries such as Ro2 Art, Gray Matters Gallery, and 500X Gallery. He was a founding and principle artist with the Holton and Associates. Brian Scott has collaborated with Brian Jones since 1990 as the art duo Chuck & George.  Currently, he is Assistant Director of Centraltrak University of Texas Dallas Artist Residency, a founder and a principle artist of the Art Services Collective, and co-founder of the Oak Cliff Studio Tour. Scott is represented by Ro2 Art in Dallas.
